The Senzo OTK KG 3.5L Fuel Tank EVK Conversion Bracket is a specialized go-kart racing accessory designed to fit a smaller 3.5-liter KG fuel tank onto modern OTK chassis models.
Standard OTK karts typically use larger fuel tanks (such as 8.5L or 8.8L). This bracket allows racers to mount a compact, lightweight 3.5L KG fuel tank onto OTK floor trays without permanent modifications or awkward fitting.
Fits 2013–present OTK chassis models, including the Tony Kart, Kosmic, Exprit, and Redspeed (e.g., EVK, Racer 401, 401R, 401S, and subsequent iterations).
Switching from a full 8.5L tank to a 3.5L tank significantly reduces the weight carried high up near the steering column, helping meet minimum weight limits and improving handling.
Sprint Race Optimization: For short heat races or sprint formats where high fuel volume isn't required, a smaller tank keeps the kart lighter and cleaner around the central chassis area.
