Easy Returns within 30 Days
- Timeframe: You can return your items within 30 days of receipt.
- Exclusions: Please note that special order items cannot be returned.
- Condition: Goods must be returned in a resealable condition, exactly as they were sent to you.
Free Returns and Collection
- Collection Process: We offer a free return and collection service, generally conducted via Royal Mail. A collection time can be arranged for your convenience.
- No Printing Required: For standard items, you won't need to print a return label. Simply hand the parcel over to the courier.
- Large Items: Returns unsuitable for Royal Mail, such as large items, will require a printed label for UPS/DHL.
Geographical Limitations
- Coverage: Our free return and collection service is available wherever Royal Mail operates.
- Exceptions: We are unable to collect goods that Royal Mail can't collect (such as large items) from Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or other areas classified as remote.
Trade Customers
- Return Costs: Trade customers are responsible for return costs, but we can arrange collection. The cost will be deducted from the credit issued.
Processing Time
- Returns are processed within 3 working days of receipt.
International Returns
- Shipping Costs: International customers must bear the cost of shipping returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Incorrect or Damaged Goods
- Proof Requirement: In cases where items are sent incorrectly or arrive damaged, proof (e.g., images of the packaging) is required for a refund.
- No Refund Without Proof: We cannot issue refunds for items discarded without providing proof.
Return Addresses
- Goods can be returned to either:
- Whilton Mill Kart Circuit, Whilton Locks, Northamptonshire, NN11 2NH, or
- 5a Saddleback Road, Northampton, NN5 5HL.
- Include Details: Please include your original order number, name, phone number, and email address.
Proof of Return
- Responsibility: The returnee is responsible for ensuring goods are well-packaged and for obtaining proof of return, such as a tracked service or a signed confirmation from KKC.
- Liability: Without proof of return, KKC cannot be held liable for lost items.
Website Orders
- Free returns are only valid for retail customers who placed orders through our website. Orders placed elsewhere will incur a charge.
- Postage that was paid for originally will not be refunded.
