1. General Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the products and services provided by KKC Kart Components Ltd ("KKC", "we", "us", "our"). By purchasing from KKC, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services or purchase our products.

2. Invoicing and Payments

  • Invoice Queries: Any questions regarding invoices must be raised within 7 days of receipt of goods/invoice.
  • Ownership: All property remains the ownership of KKC until it has been paid in full. We reserve the right to reclaim the property, or property of equal value, if unpaid.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • Retail Customers: Retail customers have 30 days to return items.
  • Trade Customers: Trade customers (those who receive a discount) are unable to return goods without prior agreement. We reserve the right to refuse returns for all items purchased by trade customers, and there may be a charge for any returns that are accepted.

4. Use of Products

  • Motorsport Use: All items sold by KKC are intended for use in motorsport. Motorsport can be dangerous, and we do not accept responsibility for any accidents or deaths resulting from the use of our products.
  • Returns for Racing Products: Items sold for racing are not subject to the normal general returns procedure as they are often used in high-impact environments and fitted for a range of different purposes.

5. Warranty and Support

  • Professional Installation: We recommend that items are fitted by a professional who can personally guarantee their work. Given the nature of racing, parts are subjected to extreme conditions and might not be covered under our standard warranty. If something breaks during use in racing, it’s probably not covered, but we're here to help you figure out the best solution.

6. Limitation of Liability

KKC will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. This includes but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of use, or loss of data.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Amendments

KKC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
