Eligibility for Discount

To qualify for a trade account and ongoing discounts, you should:

  • Have a legitimate karting trading business, for example:
    • Kart track owner, or
    • A legitimate karting outlet (online store, trade counter, or physical shop), or
    • Own a legitimate race team with 3 or more regular drivers where you resell parts to them.
  • Meet our spend requirements:
    • Initial spend requirement (generally over £1,000).
    • Monthly spend requirement (generally over £1,000).

We offer different trade levels based on activity and spend, and can also agree special prices and bulk discounts for substantial orders (generally over £1,000).

Ordering online as a trade customer gives you several key benefits:

  • See what’s available at Northampton, ready to be shipped same-day for next-day delivery (subject to cut-off).
  • Order for Whilton Mill collection (choose the option at checkout but allow 24 hours).
  • Access next-day and discounted delivery options.
  • Save card details for faster repeat orders.
  • See both retail prices and your trade prices when logged in.

How It Works

  1. Contact us – with the contact information below with your information
  2. Approval – once approved, your trade discount and pricing level are activated across our platform.
  3. Order Online – log in, shop as normal, and your discount applies automatically at checkout.

If you’re already a trade customer of ours, you may already be set up on the website. Try logging in with the email address you normally use with us and check that your pricing shows. If it doesn’t, just WhatsApp us or email us and we’ll link your online account.

Bulk Purchasing & Collection Policy

Please note:

  • We do not allow bulk buys to be taken directly from Whilton Mill – these must be arranged in advance via Northampton.
  • For larger orders and special projects, we can agree bulk discounts and tailored pricing, typically for orders over £1,000.
