We offer an array of delivery options.

We ship orders same day if ordered before 2:00pm.

We merge stock between our two warehouses so we can ship just one parcel, saving you additional postage charges and to allow a better access to more stock availability. We combine orders several times throughout the day but if your order is later in the day and you urgently require it, it's best to message us to confirm it's going to be dispatched. We can often dispatch it from the two warehouse separately if you are desperate. 

Delivery Time/Options

All delivery options are available at checkout. You can also select Collection in Store if you're looking to collect which can take up to 24 hours for the stock to combine between the warehouses, but it's often much quicker. Message us if you want to collect sooner. 

During peak times, or Royal Mail strikes, all couriers come under stress. Unfortunately, couriers are not as reliable as they were pre-COVID, but we do use the best services we can. While delivery times are a contractual target between us and our couriers, we cannot guarantee it.

If something is being delivered late, we cannot offer a refund until the item has been returned to us.

International Shipping

We can ship internationally to every country around the world. Your options are given during checkout. We use DHL due to their great service.

Where it says "Duties & Taxes Included" it means it's the final delivered price - guaranteed. No hidden Brexit charges!

However, business customers should select "Duty and Tax Not Included" in which it'll give you an estimate of what you'll incur. You will pay the tax/VAT in your own country and will receive a tax invoice to claim this back. The duties are generally low and not possible to claim back. 

DHL Economy is available to most of Europe and is generally 2-4 working days. DHL Express is generally a next day service worldwide.

Please note we cannot ship any dangerous goods (oils, lubricants, batteries or large items via DHL. This includes bodywork, pit tables, and anything else over a normal box size. Please note we'll have to cancel your order if it does contain any dangerous good or large items.

• Under £200:
  • Not in a rush: ✅ Use Evri (Economical, for non-urgent orders)
  • In a rush: ➡️ Go to step 2
• Over £200: ➡️ Go to step 2

2️⃣ Is the order urgent (next-day or guaranteed delivery)?

• Yes: ✅ Use DHL (Fastest, most reliable – next-day UK-wide)
• No: ✅ Use UPS (Reliable and quick alternative)
• Note: 🔺 DHL cannot be used for oils or lubricants – go to step 3

3️⃣ Does the order contain oils or lubricants?

• Yes: ❌ DHL not allowed – ✅ Use UPS or Evri depending on urgency
• No: ✅ DHL or UPS are fine – continue as preferred

4️⃣ Is the parcel over 1 metre in length? (e.g. axles, bodywork)

• Yes: 💷 Add £10 surcharge for UPS or DHL
• No: No surcharge applies

5️⃣ Are you shipping to a rural area (e.g. Highlands, Islands)?

• Yes: ✅ Use DHL (Only courier with guaranteed next-day delivery to all UK areas)
• Note: ⚠️ UPS may not offer reliable service to rural locations
