Generic Axle Bearings

Our generic rear axle bearings are a versatile and high-quality option suitable for all kart types. These bearings are highly popular and deliver excellent performance without the premium price tag of "genuine" branded bearings. In reality, there’s no such thing as a kart manufacturer producing their own axle bearings; most "genuine" bearings are actually sourced from third-party suppliers. For example, OTK typically supplies Dunlop bearings and may even ship different brands depending on availability.

Instead of paying extra for branded bearings, we recommend our reliable generic options. Here's a guide to selecting the right size for your kart:

• 25mm Bearings: Ideal for cadet chassis, such as the UK-manufactured Synergy 900mm kart.
• 30mm Bearings: Commonly used in 950 cadet karts like the OTK 950 or Synergy 950 karts. These are also a popular choice for many corporate karts.
• 40mm Bearings: Rarely used but available for specific applications.
• 50mm x 80mm Bearings: The most commonly used size for standard full-size karts, including models like the Tonykart Junior/Senior and Synergy Rebel Junior/Senior karts.
• 50mm x 90mm Bearings: Found on older OTK karts.

To ensure you select the correct bearing, measure the rear axle outer diameter (O/D). For example, if the rear axle is 25mm O/D, you'll need a 25mm rear bearing. For the O/D size of the bearing (e.g., 80mm or 90mm), measure the inner diameter (I/D) of the bearing carrier on your kart.
