Tillett Honda Chain Guard Carbon w/Fitting Kit

Tillett Racing Seats were the first company in the world to develop an enclosed guard for kart racing.

Enclosing the rear sprocket with a compliant chainguard is now a legal requirement in kart racing regulations. The guard not only deflects a thrown chain but also prevents body parts encountering the spinning sprocket.

This latest model uses extremely strong materials, the shape has been modified to cope with the extra width of thick plastic sprocket protectors. This extra clearance avoids the bolts cutting into the guard when the guard flexes. This is a high-quality carbon part, made using Tillett’s unique carbon manufacturing process. It is 25% lighter than the previous model and 40% lighter than plastic guards.
