Steering wheel holder (or steering column support) for a go-kart. It is used primarily for holding the steering wheel steady and in a fixed position when the kart is parked, being stored, or worked on.

1. Protects the steering components:
   By keeping the steering wheel locked in place, it prevents accidental movement which could strain or damage the steering linkage, tie rods, or the steering column.

2. Maintains wheel alignment:
   Ensures that the front wheels stay pointed straight ahead, which is particularly helpful when transporting the kart, as vibrations and movements could otherwise rotate the steering wheel and misalign the wheels.

3. Provides stability during maintenance:
   When you’re working on the kart (adjusting the seat, pedals, or front end components), having the steering wheel held firmly ensures it does not rotate unexpectedly.

How it works:
