Senzo Performance / Pro Series
219 HALF-TOOTH (0.5) SPROCKET
7075-T6 Aluminium · Directional Tooth Profile · 72.5–79.5 Teeth
A half-tooth in your gearing can be the difference between holding the power band and falling out of it. The Senzo Pro 0.5 sprocket gives you that resolution without touching the front sprocket — letting you set the kart up exactly where the engine wants to be. CNC-machined from aerospace-grade 7075-T6 for strength, low rotating mass, and a tooth form that holds true lap after lap.
How Half-Tooth Works
There isn't literally half a tooth. The teeth are re-profiled and spaced slightly tighter, so a standard 219 chain still seats cleanly in every valley while the effective rolling diameter shifts by half a tooth's worth of ratio. You get a genuine gearing step that sits between the whole numbers.
Because the tooth form is shaped, the sprocket is directional — an arrow marks the correct rotation. Fit it the right way round and the chain runs smooth; fit it backwards and it can derail.
Performance & Features
Half-Tooth Resolution
Adjust final drive in 0.5 steps for when a full tooth is too much. Sharpen drive out of slow corners or free up the top end — all without swapping the front sprocket on race day.
Tight Machining Tolerance
CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminium to fine tolerances, so the chain seats true and the ratio you select is the ratio you run.
Less Drivetrain Loss
The optimised tooth shape lets the chain seat cleanly, cutting friction and wear and helping both chain and sprocket last longer.
Stay in the Power Band
Fine ratio steps keep engine RPM where it makes power, helping you carry consistent speed through corners and down the straights.
Full Range, One Box
Available from 72.5 to 79.5 teeth in 0.5 steps — covering the most-used gearing window for fine race-day tuning.

Quick Gearing Guide
- Add 0.5 (shorter): flat off slow corners, RPM dropping below the band on exit, losing ground after the apex
- Drop 0.5 (longer): hitting the limiter early, engine busy without gaining speed, can't hold RPM to the end of the straight
- Rule of thumb: slightly out — change 0.5; clearly wrong everywhere — change a full tooth
- Always check: arrow points in the direction of rotation before you run it
