About this Product

The 2025 KG 509 nosecone is engineered to maximise aerodynamics and minimise drag, setting a new standard in karting performance. Crafted through cutting-edge CFD and wind tunnel testing, this nosecone reduces drag by 1 kg (10 N) at 80 km/h compared to previous models, enhancing straight-line speed and stability.

Key Benefits:

  • Advanced Aerodynamic Design: Reduced drag and smoother airflow.
  • Improved Downforce: Balances front and rear stability for superior handling.
  • Sleek, Modern Look: Matches the contemporary design of the KG 509 bodywork.

Equip your kart with the KG 509 nosecone to experience peak performance and control on the track.
