The Arai GP-5W Dual Pane Visor is a premium motorsport accessory specifically engineered to prevent fogging and convert your open-peak GP-5W helmet into a full-face configuration for open cockpit racing.
Key Features & Technical Specifications
- Anti-Fog Dual-Pane Design: Features a two-layer construction that acts like double-glazing or ski goggles. It traps an airtight chamber of air between the layers to completely eliminate shield misting during cold, wet, or humid race conditions.
- Open-Cockpit Conversion: Allows drivers to transform the standard closed-car peak setup of the Arai GP-5W helmet into a sealed full-visor layout.
- Tear-Off Ready: Comes equipped with factory-installed, adjustable tear-off posts to easily secure protective tear-off strips during a race.
- Wide Eyeport Fitment: Tailored specifically for the GP-5W's distinctively tall 90mm (3 9/16") eye opening. It will not fit standard 60mm Arai models like the older GP-5, GP-5K, or newer GP-6 series.
