Shipping Options

While we move our warehouses, please pay particular attention to the stock locations of the products you are purchasing. Each product shows where the item is currently stocked. If you purchase product across two warehouses, your order may be delayed by 24 hours. We recommend placing an order per warehouse if you require your goods sent same day. 

Collection in store

If you are collecting your order and it's in stock at Whilton Mill, please select PICK UP during checkout.

Only in stock at Northampton but you want to collect it from Whilton Mill?

Please select SHIP during checkout and select collection in store. Please note it may take 24 hours to move across warehouses. If there's some items at Whilton Mill, you can remove these and order them separately, where the option for PICK UP will be given.

Apple / Android Pay?

Please note that Apple and Android Pay skips the proper checkout, so less options are given. We recommend you checking out normally. If you save your details, it's very easy to complete checkout the next time.
