What does Race-Day Protection actually cover?

It covers in-stock orders that are delayed in transit, lost by the courier, or arrive with the wrong item. We'll resend or correct the order immediately, using the fastest available delivery service, entirely at our cost.

What isn't covered?

Protection applies to in-stock orders only. It doesn't cover pre-order items, change of mind returns, damage caused after delivery, or issues arising from an incorrect delivery address provided at checkout.

How is this different from standard delivery?

With standard delivery, if something goes wrong we have to raise a case with the courier and wait for them to process it — this can take 1–3 working days. With Race-Day Protection, we bypass that entirely and act immediately on your behalf.

How do I claim if something goes wrong?

Contact us as soon as you know there's a problem — by phone or email. Quote your order number and let us know the issue. We'll handle the rest. No lengthy forms needed.

Can I add it after I've placed my order?

No — Race-Day Protection must be added at checkout before your order is placed. It cannot be added retrospectively.

Is it per order or per item?

It's a flat fee per order, regardless of how many items are in your basket or the total order value.
