At KKC Kart Components, we offer professional kart servicing and workshop options — from chassis straightening and full rebuilds to kart preparation and storage. Whether you’re a club racer, team driver, or just keeping your kart in top condition, our experienced team can help every step of the way.
Chassis Straightening
Our in-house straightening service uses professional alignment equipment to bring your chassis back to factory tolerances, restoring performance and handling. Harrison, our Workshop Manager, carries out all straightening work with precision and care, ensuring your chassis is returned in top condition.
Our straightening setup has been purpose-built, and we’ve been personally trained by karting legend Paul Carr — widely recognised as the industry leader in chassis straightening tools and techniques. This ensures every repair is completed to the highest professional standard.
Basic Charge: £65 + VAT (£78 inc VAT)
This covers inspection, assessment, and general setup, including basic straightening work. The £65 covers up to one hour of labour, and in most cases this is sufficient. If a repair requires more time, we’ll always try to quote before proceeding and can usually advise in advance based on the chassis condition.

We can work on all chassis brands including OTK, Kart Republic, Synergy, and Birel ART. For older karts, we may have limited access to certain replacement parts.
Workshop Service – Kart Preparation
Whether you’re preparing for a race weekend or maintaining your kart’s performance between events, our Workshop Preparation Service ensures your kart is in peak condition. Ideal for pre-race setup, post-race inspection, or general maintenance — simply drop off your kart and we’ll take care of the rest.
Our comprehensive service includes:
- Heat steam clean
- Full inspection of all components, cables, and fixings
- Replacement of fuel lines and engine tape
- Thorough cleaning and lubrication of all moving parts
- Brake system check and fluid top-up (if required)
- Track rod laser alignment check for precision steering setup
- Chain and sprocket inspection, alignment, and tension adjustment
- Tyre pressure check and visual tyre condition report
- Battery health check (if applicable)
- Nut & bolt torque check and tightening
- General safety and performance assessment
Cost: £120 + VAT (£144 inc VAT)

General Servicing & Repairs
