For retail customers we accept returns within 30 days of your delivery. There is no questions asked, as long as the goods are in the same condition as you received them in.
Head to Royal Mail's site for free returns. Please note Royal Mail's restrictions. Please note that if you're unable to use Royal Mail's return, we'll require you to find shipping arrangements yourself. You can generally organise shipments very easily from a post office or by searching online for parcel services from the likes of DPD, DHL or UPS.

We will always refund the item; we do not offer exchanges to keep things simpler. Instead, please purchase the correct item again.
Please allow 3 days from the item being returned before you're refunded.
Trade customers we cannot accept returns apart from where there's a fault that KKC needs to deal with, or where there's a prior agreement. If you return something that's not been agreed, we will automatically send it back to you at an additional cost. If you use the returns service, there will be a charge of £10.
